Send us an email (info@defietsfabriek-usa.com), give us a call (312 643-1670) or come by our shop (1311 N Wells, Chicago IL 60610; Sat- 10AM-5PM, Sun- 11AM-3PM, Mon-Fri by appointment). We prefer to take a personal approach to customer service, please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have. Once we have determined the ideal model for you, we kindly request a 25% deposit to confirm your order and the final step is to schedule your delivery.
Can I get home delivery?
Yes you can. The best part is you will be able to hop on your new bike and ride it the day it arrives. Depending on your distance from Chicago there are a number of different delivery methods to ensure that your bike arrives in a safe and timely fashion. What type of maintenance is required?
De Fietsfabriek bicycles are specifically designed to be utilized on a daily basis with minimal maintenance. Do it yourselfers will be surprised at the simplicity of these machines and able bodied bike mechanics can easily handle annual tune ups since we use nothing but top quality industry standard equipment.
What are my color choices?
We offer a wide range of brilliant colors to choose from including the option to create your own two-tone and multi-colored designs. The most popular colors- black, mat-black and olive green are included in the base price. Additionally, we welcome custom color requests.

How can I personalize my De Fietsfabriek?
You have a number of options to place a personal touch on your De Fietsfabriek. Our city bikes can be produced with your name die-cast directly into the frame and all of our cargo bikes are open canvases waiting for you to create your very own work of art on wheels.
